If you're wondering how to say my last name, you aren't alone - the special hint is that the W is pronounced like a V (and yes, it's Polish). I’m from Aurora, Ohio, where the most exciting thing is an outlet mall, so I usually just say I’m from Cleveland, home of the world's largest outdoor chandelier. I'm based in New York City where I wear many hats as an active participant in "the rat race" or whatever.

I have a passion for storytelling above all things, and I love the process of collaborating with others to tell important stories. I am most moved and excited by theatre that has a strong and meaningful message. I believe theatre is a space for collective catharsis and I love experiencing that both on stage and in the audience. I am passionate about new works, especially those that feature strong and complex female characters. I like to tell stories that challenge people and bring societal issues to light. In college I started exploring directing and writing, and I love challenging myself to approach different facets of theatermaking.
